About Me
I'm currently a Software Engineer at MongoDB, and I recently completed my Masters of Information and Data Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Go bears!! Prior to that, I graduated with a Bachelorās of Science from the University of California, Berkeley as well, with a major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, minor in Data Science, and Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Technology. Iām currently based out of SF and have lived in the Bay Area my entire life.
Since 2015, I've explored and applied numerous technologies in software engineering projects in class and in industry. During my masters, my burgeoning interest in statistics, probability, and NLP introduced me to the field of data science, an area which I have been exploring more deeply in my graduate program this fall. Currently, Iām interested in climate tech, data ethics and tennis data analytics.
In my spare time, I love playing tennis, basketball, and table tennis with friends and spending time with my dog, Rafa. I also enjoy playing the piano, watching tennis and basketball, exploring new Asian and Italian food spots, and expanding my knowledge in current events.
Finally, I love learning by reading and listening to podcasts. I especially enjoy nonfiction and biographies on famous historical figures, entrepreneurs, and sports icons, and listening to podcasts surrounding current events and historical phenomena.
